We’ve taken a deliciously healthy twist on french toast, by creating our very own fruity Nibblish loaded toast. The perfect blend of crunch, creaminess, and fruit-packed goodness! Celebrating the zesty tang of our Gently Baked Fruits paired with the rich creaminess of ricotta cheese on a bed of golden sourdough – this recipe only takes 5 minutes!

Tropical Pineapple Toast ๐Ÿ

Ingredients

  • Sourdough
  • Ricotta
  • Nibblish Pineapple
  • Honey
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Thyme

 

Method:

  1. Toast the Sourdough: Pop your sourdough slices in a toaster or on a skillet until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Slick and Slather: Once your sourdough is toasted to perfection, spread a generous amount of ricotta cheese on each slice. The ricotta serves as a creamy bed for your dried fruits.
  3. Fruit Fiesta: Evenly sprinkle chopped Gently Baked Pineapple pieces on the ricotta-smeared toast. Ensure a good mix for every bite!
  4. The Final Touch: For those with a sweeter tooth, drizzle a touch of honey or maple syrup over the fruits as well as coconut flakes for extra crunch.

  • Ricotta
  • Nibblish Strawberries
  • Honey/maple syrup
  • Basil leaves
