Nothing to waste

We try to make sure nothing in our production process goes to waste. That’s why in Ghana the skins and core from our fruit goes into our biogas plant. The methane that is given off is stored and used to power our dryers and other machines. Once it has been broken down the leftovers then go back onto the fields to fertilise the next crop of fruit.
