Our story
Nibblish started in our kitchen, driven by love and a bit of frustration. When our daughter Imogen developed allergies, we started looking harder at food labels. Even “healthy” snacks were packed with sugar and additives. So we made our own. Just fruit. Gently baked. No nasties.
What started as home-baked snacks turned into supermarket demos, then national shelves. From Auckland to Aussie, Nibblish is now a snack staple in lunchboxes, gloveboxes, handbags, and hiking packs. Because better choices should be easy. And taste great too.
The Nibblish process
We pick the fruit when it’s fresh and in season, bake it the day it comes off the plant to lock in the goodness, and make the most wholesome snacks possible.

Direct to growers
We’ve visited the farms. Met the families. Chosen our growers based on more than just fruit quality. We look for care, integrity and a shared belief in doing things properly. Over 1,000 growers are now part of the Nibblish network. Together, we grow more than fruit; we grow opportunity.

Ingredients
We spent years finding the right fruit. The kind that doesn’t need sugar to taste good. The kind that grows where it’s meant to, without heavy sprays or soil damage. We only partner with growers who share our values: sustainability, fair pay, and future-focused farming.

What goes into our snacks
We’re fussy. Every fruit we use has to tick our boxes: great taste, grown right, harvested at its peak, and processed minimally. Our snacks should feel like something nature made, not a factory.
